Therapy should be a collaborative process built on mutual respect, genuineness, and trust. In our work together, I strive to build an authentic therapeutic relationship where we can work together to identify your values and take actionable steps towards creating positive change in your life.
I apply a systemic perspective to my work with individuals, couples, and families, meaning that I consider the context you live in and shift both individual and relational patterns in order to provide comprehensive and long-lasting results. I am trained in an integrative model and understand that one size does not fit all in therapy. I work to tailor the treatment plan to fit each client's unique strengths and challenges. I work from an interactive, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be the authors of their own lives. Warmth, genuineness, and humor are all aspects of my approach and I aim to create a space where diverse clients feel comfortable engaging in critical thinking and introspection. I truly believe in the importance of integrating past and present experiences, helping clients feel strengthened and more satisfied both individually and in relationships with others.
